Mary Sue Wade's Obituary
Private graveside services for Mary Wade will be held at Grace Hill Cemetery in Longview with Rev. Wendy Zuezh officiating and arrangements by Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Mary was born June 14, 1919 in Collinsville, Texas to J. W. and Lillian Sinclair. Mary graduated from Pine Tree valedictorian in 1937. She received her degree in nursing from Parkland Hospital in Dallas and entered the Navy as a nurse on Treasure Island in San Francisco, California. She was the industrial nurse for Trailmobile. After retirement, she was coordinator for Meals on Wheels and assisted with the Salvation Army Stew Pot.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, brother Boyd and Alfred Sinclair, son in law Thomas R. Meredith and great grandchild Christian Pyles. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son in law Carolyn Sue and Wyley Biggs, daughter Janet L. Meredith, sister Bennie L. Sinclair, sister in laws; Modene & Milene Sinclair; two grandchildren, Traci Fussell and her husband Neal and Stephen Hestand; five great grandchildren Keeli Pyles, Ayla and Logan Hestand and Addison and Elise Fussell and many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the staff of Summer Meadows, especially the East wing nurses for their excellent care.
