Mary L. Simpson's Obituary
Mary Simpson, née Queen, died suddenly after a brief illness on Monday August 12 at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, TX surrounded by loved ones.
Mary was born in Hardingville, NJ April 15, 1948 to Lucille Queen. She lived in Longview from 1985 until her passing. She went to Mullica Hill school and attended Bridgeton High School in New Jersey. She was baptized in the Christian faith in Newfield, NJ.
Mary was married to Arthur Dale Stiles from December 1965 until 1987. She was married to Travis Simpson and was widowed in 1998.
She is survived by her life partner Maurice Byrd, son Alan (Bridget) Stiles of Longview, TX, daughter Shaun Loftis of Austin, TX, Carolyn (Wayne) Whitehead of West Plains MO, Patsy Hall of Talbot, TN, Joann (Karl) Grooms of Newport TN, David (Karen) Carver of Vineland, NJ, Ronnie (Jean) Carver of Vineland, NJ, Kenny (Gwen) Carver of Newport, TN, Steve (Debbie) or Sewell, NJ, Betty (Dominic) Principe of Erial, NJ, and Donna (Larry) Pierce of Hallsville, TX, and 5 grandchildren.
Mary will be missed by her many friends and family.
