Mary Jane Mowery's Obituary
Graveside services for Mary Jane Mowery, 76, of Longview will be held at Laneville Cemetery in Laneville on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home in Longview from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday. Mrs. Mowery passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 in Longview.
Ms. Mowery was born in Longview on September 28, 1940 to William and Ellen Wood. She worked for ARA at Texas Eastman for years then was a caretaker for the elderly at Buckner Westminster Place. She loved her family and enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Kelly and Christine Gross of Hallsville; daughters Debra Graham of Hallsville and Heather Mowery of Colorado Springs, CO; sisters Reba Harbour of Spring, TX, Lucille Hancock of Hallsville, Eva Long of Naples, FL; 8 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the Heart’s Way Hospice team in Marshall and the Clairmont Nursing Home for the care they gave Mrs. Mowery.
