Mary Lou Duncan's Obituary
Funeral services for Mary Lou Duncan , age 78, of Henderson will be held at
2:00PM Monday December 4, 2006 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church with
The Rev. Mike Simpson and Rev. Johnny Newton officiating, burial will
follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of the Rader Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mrs. Duncan passed away Friday in a Longview Hospital
She was born August 24, 1928 in Bloomburg, Texas. She had retired from
the Anderson Hickey Company. She had also worked as a nurse?s aide
and for the Rusk-Cherokee community action program, She was a member
of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Bertha Lummus
and 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Survivors include a son David Duncan of Henderson, a daughter Dianne McGregor of Longview. Sister Mamie Elmore of Biloxi Miss. Granddaughter Tonyah Nichols of Kilgore, great granddaughter Leslie Nichols of Kilgore, she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Leonard Jehu, Homer Wilson, Mark Howard, John Blake
Johnny Lummus, Tommy Lummus.
The family will meet friends from 6pm until 8pm Sunday at the funeral home.
