Mary Loyce Jackson's Obituary
Mary Loyce Jackson, 74, of Longview passed away on Saturday April 7, 2018. Mary was born on Aug. 27, 1943 in Gilmer, TX to William It to and Mary Evelyn Gamage Rhoden.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation Monday April 9, 2018 from 6-8p.m. Chapel services will be held at 2p.m. Tuesday at Rader Funeral Home followed grave site at Danville Cemetery in Kilgore, TX.
She married the love of her life, Leonard Glen Jackson in Oct. 23, 1960 in Oklahoma. They were married for 56 yrs. until his untimely death in Feb. 2017.
Mary retired from Resistol Hat Factory after 33 yrs. of services.
Mary was the heart of the family. She loved spending time with her family, vacationing, crafts, cooking, and her flower garden.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents William and Mary Evelyn Rhoden, her husband, Leonard Glenn Jackson, son, William "Ray" Jackson, brothers, Leon and Doyle Patton and Jesse Coleman Rhoden.
She is survived by her son, Robert "Bobby" Jay Jackson, daughter, Pamela Flores of Longview, TX. Also her sister Peggy McBride of Kilgore, TX, brother, David Patton of Magnolia, TX, followed by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
