Mary Hale Shell's Obituary
Graveside services for Mary Hale Shell age 88 of Henderson Texas formerly of New Orleans Louisiana and Pass Christian Mississippi will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday November 7, 2008 , at Gulf Pines Cemetery in Long Beach. The Family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to service time at the cemetery with Rev Ricky Ricks officiating. Mrs. Shell died Monday November 3, 2008 at a local hospital. Mrs. Shell was born December 14, 1919 in Itawamba County, Mississippi and had worked as a personnel officer for Public Health Service Hospital in New Orleans Louisiana. She also was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Shell was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William E. Shell Jr. and is survived by her daughter Linda Purcell of Henderson, son William Shell of Jackson Mississippi 3 grandchildren and their spouses, Donald and Kerri Purcell of Columbia, South Carolina, Dave and Robyn Purcell of Elgin, South Carolina and Kim and Robbie Carroll of Charleston South Carolina. Six Great grandchildren
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 Wednesday at Rader funeral Home of Henderson.
