Mary Cathryn Collier
Cathy Collier, 47, a life-long resident of Longview, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2004. She was born May 10, 1957, to Mary Ann and Pat Collier. Services will be held on Thursday, October 21, at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church. Cathy attended Hallsville Schools and Kilgore College. She loved sports and was a member of Hallsville?s girls basketball and volley ball teams. She loved the Longview Lobos, the Dallas Cowboys, and country singer Reba McEntire. She also deeply loved her family and friends. Cathy was preceded in death by her grandparents Frank and Lila Collier and Jeff and Bea Keith, and her uncle Bobby Collier. She is survived by her parents, Mary Ann and Pat Collier, her sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Kim Frazier, Angie and Todd Guest, and Amy and Randy Curtis; nieces and nephews, Klancey and her husband Kelly Wright, Taylor, Grant, and Emma Guest, Avery and Aly Curtis and great nieces Koven and Kallille Wright and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Collier and Keith families. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, at Rader Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to Windridge Therapeutic Center, PO BOX 5932, Longview, Texas 75608 or First Methodist Church of Longview, 400 North Fredonia, Longview, Texas 75601.
