Martha R. Gibson's Obituary
Martha R. Gibson , 74, left this earthly life Wednesday evening, February 18th, to be with her Lord and Savior. Martha was born February 7, 1930 in Watauga County, North Carolina to Stanford and Delphia Harmon. She moved to Gladewater in 1954 where she lived until moving to Lake Cherokee. She was a member of the Baptist denomination, a homemaker and was a former employee of Resistol Manufacturing.
Martha is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Holly Braziel of Lake Cherokee; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Revina Davis of Gilmer and Larry and Rhonda Davis of Longview; daughter, Gloria Ann Harmon of Hickory, North Carolina; her grandchildren: Crystal, Chris, and Becky Choice, Amanda Braziel, Micheal Davis and wife Naomi, Bryan Davis and wife Lisa, Larry Davis, Leslie Davis, Lana Davis, Lisa Ritter, Larry Wade and wife Jackie, Tracy Wade and wife Paula, Melissa Cole and husband Brian, Douglas Harmon, and Shannon Phillips; several great grandchildren; and sisters: Virginia Moretz, Josephine Harmon, and Lucy Tester all of North Carolina.
Graveside services will be 2 PM Saturday, February 21`st at Rosedale Cemetery in Gladewater with Pastor Pat Shannon officiating. Burial will be under the direction of
Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
The family will receive friends Friday evening 5:30 to 7: 30 at the funeral home.
