Martha Frances Crow Jones
Graveside services for Martha Frances Crow Jones, 80, of Longview will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Texarkana, Texas with the Reverend Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. She passed away Tuesday, August 5, in a Longview hospice facility.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 8, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Jones was born July 27, 1928 in El Dorado, AR to James Thomas Peek and Onedia Peek, the third of six children. She grew up in Texarkana, TX and moved to Los Angeles for several years then moved to Longview where she had resided for the past 32 years. She was a former employee of Brights Cleaners for several years.
She was preceded in death by her son, Harold Morris Crow, Jr. of Texarkana.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kaaren Good of Hallsville; daughter-in-law, Blanche Crow of Texarkana, TX; 2 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren all of Texarkana; brother, James Eugene Peek of Houston; sister, Mrs. Orace Edwards of Arlington, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
