Funeral services for Martha Ann Alotto, 91, of Longview will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Ross Worley officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens. She Alotto passed away Monday, March 28, 2011, in Longview, TX.
Mrs. Alotto was born October 17, 1919 in Timpson, Texas to Thomas and Minnie Mae Givens and had been a resident of Longview since 1938. She retired from Good Shepherd Medical Center in 1986 as an insurance billing clerk and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Longview chapter 610 and Hallsville chapter 1093. She was a 1937 graduate of San Augustine High School and the Draughton Business School in Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Frank Alotto.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Patricia Horne and husband James of Atlanta, TX, Charles Alotto and wife Jan of Diana, James Alotto and wife Susan of Colleyville, TX, and Joseph Alotto of Longview; grandchildren, Jim Horne and wife Sandy, Debbie Mayfield and husband Taylor, Regina Dickerson and husband Kevin, Richard Alotto, Audrey Alotto, and Michael Alotto; 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
