When I look back over the years, I realize what an impact Aunt Marlene, made not only in my life but those that knew her. She always made everyone feel so Special. There are just so many fond memories, “spending the night, catching fire flies, trying to watch the drive in movie from inside, just to name a few. “ She always asked the night before, “What would we like for Breakfast, and of course we wanted pancakes with homemade syrup!!” She was the Best! She made everyone feel so welcome. She took me to vacation Bible school, and church. She loved her church, but most of all she loved God. She exemplified Christ with the fruits of the spirit. Her gentle kind Countenance, always with a joyful smile. She loved her family so much, and she is so proud of you Kay, Stephen, and your spouses and families. She is most proud that all of you, are living Christian lives. What a Godly heritage and legacy she leaves behind. That Godly Mantle that will be passed from generation, to Generation. Her Children shall rise up and call her blessed, and we all do. We will miss her so very much , but we live with that same promise that we will see her again soon. I love you aunt Marlene. Thank you for being such a Godly example in my life and my entire family. You are truly walking love and a Proverbs 31 example to all. I love you my Special aunt…🙏❤️🌹😇
