Marlene Reynolds Frantz's Obituary
Marlene Reynolds Frantz, 88, of Longview, was born on June 3, 1931, in Gladewater, Texas to Calvin and Nova Reynolds. She passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. There will be a private family graveside service held at Gladewater Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband, Glenn Frantz.
Merlene was a kind, caring and compassionate woman who always put others needs before her own. She loved watching western movies, reading (especially books from the 1800’s) and she loved to cook for her friends and family. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and 4 brothers, Bill, Bucky, Paul and Jackie.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Gary Chapman; grandson Charles Harwell; her brother, Freddie Reynolds; great grandchildren Lauren White and Hunter Harwell; and great-great grandchildren Oliver White and Lillian White; numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Marine Moore.
