Marion Painter's Obituary
Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Marion Painter, 78, of Longview, at 10:30 AM Saturday, April 30, at St. Matthews Catholic Church with Father Jesudoss Thomas officiating. Entombment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park Mausoleum. A rosary will be recited at 7 PM on Friday, April 29, at Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
On Wednesday April 27th, Marion went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She passed away at Good Shepherd Hospital in Longview.
Marion was born June 12, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois and was a retired special education aide at Pine Tree ISD and a member of St Matthews Catholic Church.
Mrs. Painter was preceded in death by her parents John and Marie Sullivan and a son, Glenn Painter. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years, Bill, daughters, Barbara Plachta and husband Ray and Lori White and husband Jody; sons, Gary Painter and Bill Painter; grandchildren: Chris Plachta, Jaclyn Plachta, Aaron Painter and Amber Painter and great grandchildren: Colin Rhodes and Teagan Rhodes.
