Marion Elvin Hathorn's Obituary
Funeral Services for Marion Elvin Hathorn will be held at Ten O?clock am Saturday May 12, 2007 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road with Reverend Danny Warbington officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Hathorn passed away Wednesday May 9, 2007.
He was born February 16, 1935 in Houston County, Texas and had lived in Longview for twenty four years and Hallsville the past six years. He was a member of the Mulberry Springs Baptist Church and retired from Pine Crest Country Club in the Maintenance Department.
He is survived by two children, John Hathorn and Janie Ackley both of Longview; three brothers, James Hathorn and John Hathorn both of Kernnard, Tx.; Robert Hathorn of Longview; three sisters, Claudia Brasher and Irene Curry both of Crockett, TX.; and Doris Ackley of Kennard, several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Friday May 11, 2007 from 6pm until 8 pm.
