Mrs. Marilyn Morgan's Obituary
Memorial services for Marilyn Morgan, 58, of Longview will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2013 at Oakland Heights Baptist Church. Burial will be at the old White Oak Cemetery at 9 a.m. prior to the memorial. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday. Mrs. Morgan passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
Mrs. Morgan was born to A.D. and Willie Mae Foster on October 24, 1955 in Tyler, TX. She collected Rooster art, loved shopping, antiquing, traveling, and especially enjoyed taking care of children. She was the kindest person anyone would ever meet. Always had a smile on her face and that smile was the brightest being "Grammy." Mrs. Morgan is preceded in death by her husband in 2005 Billy Morgan.
She is survived by her husband Glen Hilderbrand of Longview; daughter and son-in-law Kristie and Keith Brown of Longview; sisters and brothers-in-law Martha and Donald Pickard of White Oak, TX; Melba and Steve Stevenson of Hallsville, TX, Margaret and Kenneth Easley of Longview; two brothers and sisters-in-law Doyle and Debra Foster of Diana, TX, Douglas and Detra Foster of Ore City, TX, mother Willie Mae Estes Edwards of Longview; grandchildren Emerson Brown, Wyatt Towler, Mariah McTyre, Cuatro Beaty; numerous nieces and nephews.
