In the evening hours of October 31, 2024, the world quietly bid farewell to a beloved soul, Maria Soledad Valdez de Solis, a woman of grace and strength, born on May 15, 1941, to Francisco Valdez and Benjamin Gutierres in the city of Laborcita de San Javier, Mexico. A beacon of love and devotion, Maria dedicated her life to her family as a devoted housewife, embodying the values of hard work and compassion.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Rogelio Solis, Oscar Solis, Pedro Solis, Miguel Solis, Carlos Solis, Arminda Medrano, Elia Medrano, Nicolasa Solis, grandchildren; Carlos, Maria Berenice, Jasmine, Roy, Daisy, Erik, Joel, Obel, Fernando, Oscar, Jesus, Jessica, Carlos S, Alexis, Judith, Miguel, Maria, Brianda Eloy Isac, Jacob, Kevin, Brian, and Jonathan. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Solis, parents Francisco Valdez and Benjamin Gutierres, and siblings; Roberto Valdez, Ma Jesus, and Evangelina Valdez.
We will gather to honor Maria's life and legacy. A visitation will be held at Rader Funeral Home on November 4, 2024, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. In the evening, voices will echo in prayer during the Rosary at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home at 7:00 pm, offering solace and remembrance to those touched by Maria's unwavering kindness. On November 5, 2024, at noon, St. Anthony's Catholic Church will become a sanctuary of peace as family and friends come together to celebrate Maria's life in a heartfelt Mass, sharing stories of her warmth and wisdom that will forever linger in their hearts.
May her spirit find serenity in the boundless skies above, and may her memory linger as a cherished melody in the hearts of all who knew her. Forever loved, eternally remembered.
