Maria Raquel Johnson's Obituary
Funeral services for Maria Raquel Johnson, 40, of Longview will be held Monday, October 21, 2013, at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary at LifeBridge Christian Center with Pastor Scott Grizzle officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery in Longview. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, October 20, 2013, from 4-6 p.m. at Rader Funeral Home on Judson Road in Longview.
Maria was born on May 26, 1973 in Kingsport, Tennessee to Samuel Glenn Johnson and Yolanda Frances. She grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee and her family moved to the Longview area in 1979 where she graduated from Pine Tree High School. Maria was a faithful member of LifeBridge Christian Center where she assisted with the Servolution Outreach Ministry. She enjoyed visiting with family and helping in the Lord’s service and considered herself God’s servant who shared His love with everyone she met. Maria was a devoted mother and her beloved daughter, Keagan Marie, was her inspiration in life.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Keagan Marie; her parents, Samuel Glenn and Yolanda Frances and Step-mother Doris; her siblings, Rosalinda, Tony and Dawn; her companion of many years, Allen Riley; her grandmother, nieces, nephews, and numerous family members.
