Marguerite Cain Fox's Obituary
Graveside services for Marguerite Cain Fox, 82, of Green Valley, AZ, formerly of Longview, will be held at 2 PM Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. She passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2009. She was a member of the Valley Presbyterian Church in Green Valley, AZ.
Marguerite was born October 29, 1927 in Sweetwater, Texas to Betty and Gilbert Cain. She married her sweetheart, Bobby Joe Fox in 1943. They were married for 56 years until his death in 1999. They both worked for Texas Eastman until their retirement in the mid 1970's. They moved to El Paso, Texas after retirement and then to Green Valley, AZ. Marguerite became a Real Estate Agent in Green Valley for several years until she retired in 1985.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Eppes and her father, Gilbert Cain; her loving husband, Bobby Joe Fox; her brother-in-law, Tom W. Fox, Sr.; sisters-in-law Patsy Fox Justice, Nelda Fox Foster and Dorothy Fox Goetzman.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Robert Wayne Fox of Green Valley, AZ.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dick and Trudy Cain of Georgetown, TX, and Tom and Denise Eppes of Hartford, CT. Brother-in-law and wife, Ralph and Laura Fox of Palm Desert, CA, and sister-in-law, Joan Fox of White Oak, Texas. Her aunt, Helen Cain of Alba, TX. Nephews and their wives, Stephen and Kathleen Cain of Georgetown, Raymond and Sherry Cain of Austin, and Phillip and Denise Cain of Plano, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Special friends, Louise and Merle Hill and their son, Bryan, of Tucson, AZ. Neighbors and special friends, Lorne and Gladys Niven of Green Valley, AZ. She is also survived by her constant and loving companion, her beloved dog CiCi.
