Margie Green Stringer's Obituary
Funeral services for Margie Green Stringer, 80, of Longview, will be 2 PM Friday in the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Rex Humphreys officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
Mrs. Stringer died Wednesday morning in a local hospital.
A native of Lott, Texas, she was born February 19, 1922 and moved to Longview in 1948 from Waco, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Longview Christian Church.
Survivors include: Sons and Daughters in Law: William and Carolyn Langston Stringer of Longview, Dale Ray and Bonnie Sue Stringer of Hewitt; Grandsons: William Ray Stringer, Brandon Dale Stringer and Jeremy Langston Stringer of Longview, David Carl Bates of Fenelton, PA and Tom Stringer Nedderman of Los Angeles, CA; Granddaughters: Dustyn Rae Stringer and Amy Leigh Stringer of Hewitt and Bonne Sue Laughlin of China Spring; Sister: Billie Doris Travis of DeSoto, TX; Great Granddaughters: Anna Elizabeth Stringer and Jordan Mekhi Stringer of Hewitt, Elissa Bates, Alaina Bates, Bethany Bates and Abigail Bates of Fenelton, PA.
Mrs. Stringer was preceded in death by her husband: M. Ray Stringer and a son: Richard Hamilton Stringer.
