Marcia Langston's Obituary
Marcia Barrow Langston, 76, of Longview passed away Feb 2, 2014. She was born Jan 4, 1938 and adopted by her loving parents W. E. and Helen Barrow. Helen passed away in Marcia’s early years and she was later adopted by Lucretia Hodges Barrow at age 10. She sold real estate at Lake Cherokee and owned a children’s consignment shop. However, she spent most of her life raising four children. She was blessed to be cared for over the past 12 years by her loving daughter, Lisa. She was preceded in death by her parents W. E. and Lucretia Hodges Barrow. Survivors include former husband, R. Q. Langston, four children Lynn Crane and husband Curtis Crane, Lisa Langston, Bob Langston, Jason Langston and five grandchildren, Austen Crane, Corbin Crane, Samantha Langston, Bree Anna Langston and Nicole Langston. Other special caregivers were Jennifer Jackson, RN, and Lashaun Taylor. Family request memorials are made to a favorite charity.
