Madgie Jo Stewart's Obituary
Madgie Jo Beville Stewart passed away on October 26, 2012 at her home in Longview. She was born November 14, 1925 to J.C. and Madge Payne Beville in Roxton, TX.
Madgie graduated from Clarksville High School and was an Executive Secretary at Texas Instruments from its early days. Madgie was a fifth generation Texan and very proud of her family heritage.
Madgie is survived by her son James Beville of Granbury, grandsons Jamie Walzel of Collinsville, Joel Beville of Houston, and great-grandson Cody Walzel of New York City; sister Dr. Julia Van Burkleo of Longview, brother Charles Beville and his wife Nelda of Blossom; nieces Margaret Van Burkleo Tutt and her husband Jim of Longview, Cindy O'Connor and Lisa Beville both of Plano; nephews Charlie Van Burkleo and his wife Toni of Austin, Andy Van Burkleo and his wife Lisa of Longview; great nephews Ben Van Burkleo, J.C. and Michael O'Connor; great nieces Lauren and Allison Van Burkleo.
She is preceded in passing by her loving husband Henry "Hank" Stewart and her parents.
The family wishes to express their deep gratitude to Doctor James Sawyer, Doctor Charles Newkirk, and their staffs for their many years of care.
They also want to thank the personnel and friends at Colonial Village for their care and concern.
Graveside services will be held at Forrest Hill Cemetery, Petty, Tx. Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 2pm.
If desired, donations may be made to the First Christian Church Building Fund, Longview, Tx. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
