Lynn Loftin's Obituary
A Celebration of Life
Our loved one, Lynn Loftin, passed away on May 8, 2016, following a brief illness.
Born December 11, 1954, Lynn became a Christian at age nine and joined the Baptist church in Chickasha, OK.
After working 24 years at Eastman, she worked for 11 years in In-Patient Rehab at Good Shepherd Medical Center as a PTA, earning several awards for outstanding services.
Lynn loved traveling, the beach, her dogs, reading, antiquing, and art pottery.
She was preceded in death by J. W. Loftin, father, and Steffany Loftin, niece.  Survivors include Carol Loftin, Lurene and Glen Brown, Keith and Kay Loftin of Abilene, David and Susan Brown, Becky and Eddie Johnson, and Kenneth and Sarah Brown along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
A celebration of Lynn’s life will be Saturday, May 14, at 2 p.m. at Rader’s Funeral Home Chapel in Longview with Rev. David Farmer officiating.  A private family graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. at Rosewood Cemetery with Dr. Cary Hilliard officiating.
Memorials may be made to GSMC In-patient Rehab or to a favorite charity.
