Lynden Alexander Bell-Carter's Obituary
A celebration of life for Lynden Alexander Bell-Carter, 24, of Longview will be held at New Birth Fellowship Church, 2307 Stone Road in Kilgore on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. Lyden will be laid to rest at Grace Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home in Longview on Thursday, November 29, 2012 from noon to 7 p.m.
Lynden was born in Longview on February 20, 1988, and left to join the Lord and his daughter Jade on Thursday, November 22, 2012. He loved the Lord, encouraging people and basketball. He was known by his friends as "Ace" or "Kool Aid." He worked for Sonic in Longview, volunteered at KJTX 106.5 for the youth programand was training to be a volunteer referee for the Wicked Outlaw Roller Derby.
. He kept his family close to his heart, never met a stranger and give his all to anyone in need. He touched many lives from the youth to the elderly. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving mother LeNay Okeke; father Andrew Carter; sisters Chazney Spears and Autra Okeke; maternal grandmother Augustine Lilly; nieces and nephews Abigale Okeke, Mikah Spears, Franscskia Brown, Hallie Barron, April and Rosa Gomez; uncles Charles Lee Armstrong, Jr., C.L. Armstrong, III., Jubal Alexander, and Raymond Alexander; maternal grandfather Jerry Don Castleberry; aunts Lisa Barron, Linda Gomez, Frances Mcglothin-Hayes; paternal grandmother Mary Louise Pipkins; numerous cousins and many friends.
