Funeral services for Lynda Janell Paramore, 71, of Longview, will be 2 PM Friday, Nov. 4, in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview, with Reverends Leon Veazey and Charles Hunt officiating. Interment will follow services in Gu Read Obituary

Our hearts were saddened when we learned of Lynda's passing, but we rejoice in knowing that she is in the presence of her wonderful Jesus. She and Marlon are praising Him together now! Our memories go back to childhood with Lynda. We were in the same class for twelve years and had so much fun together. We celebrate her life with her family. I knew Lynda as Lynda Reeves, cheerleader with my sister, Rosine Edwards Allen,in Garrison.She and Marlon Paramore double-dated with my sister and her boyfriend to be husband, R.S.Allen. I wasn't but 5 years old, but when they came to pick up Rosine when double dating, it was very exciting.It was the '50's and great music and very exciting.Lynda was so cute and Marlon so handsome; they gave me lots of attention.I looked up to them.Lynda and Marlon were at Rosine's funeral.I was so glad to finally get a good neighbor next door when James moved in, not knowing he was the offspring of Lynda and Marlon.Knew he was from a good family,but didn't know he was their grandson.Good people produce great children and grandchildren.I am sorry for the loss of Lynda Reeves Paramore.She was admired and loved from an early age and it sounds as if that never changed.My love to the family of this beautiful person from the Edwards and Allen families of Garrison, Texas.##imported-begin##Mary Edwards Wallace##imported-end##
