Graveside services for Louise LaVerne Hoover, 76, of Longview will be held at 3 PM Saturday, May 17, 2008 at White Cemetery with the Reverend Wayne Spanhanks officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 PM Saturday, May 16, 2008 at the funeral home. Mrs. Hoover was born on October 17, 1931 in Gilmer to Raymond and Iola Lindsey. She passed away on Monday morning, May 12, 2008 in a Tyler nursing facility. She was an aide in home health and was a member of Greggton Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Mark and Anna Johnson of Longview, and Kelly Hoover of Longview; and daughters and sons-in-law, Toni and Jerry Gaiser of Highland Village, Rebecca and Charles Vickers of Troop, and Carolyn Foreman of Tyler; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Sue Bailey, Thelma Davis, Glenda Clem; half-sisters, Judy Boggs, RaeNell Dean, and Joella Beams. The family requests memorials be made in honor of Mrs. Hoover to: Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, Texas 75701.
