Louise K. Hoffmann's Obituary
Louise Kikel Hoffmann passed away peacefully at the age of 100 on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at her home in Longview. She was born in McKees Rocks, PA, on August 28, 1916.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband Bertram Burrey (B.B.) Hoffmann who passed away in March of 1973; her parents, John and Cecilia Marx Kikel, her three sisters, Cecilia, Bernadette and Deloris and brother, Johnny.
Louise is survived by her five children: Declan Hoffmann and his wife Medarda of San Antonio, TX, Sara Stevenson and her husband Charles of Longview, Denise Snodgrass and her husband David of Ranger, TX, Janet Matthews and her husband Gerald of Molena, GA and Mark Hoffmann and his wife Joy of Longview. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, Spouses and numerous great-grandchildren, her brother Alexander Kikel of McKees Rocks, PA and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Hamburg of Wisconsin.
Deck, Denny, Janet and Mark want to share their deepest gratitude to their sister, Sally, for providing loving care and support of their Mother for many years.
A rosary will be said at 5:30 pm with a visitation from 6-8 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Rader Funeral Home located at 1617 Judson Road.
The funeral mass for Louise Hoffmann will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 11 am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church located at 508 N. 6th St. in Longview. Louise was a faithful Catholic Daughter for over 50 years.
Burial will immediately follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 5000 N. Harrison Rd. The family will gather at the Shopka Center after the burial.
