Louis Haden Kennedy, 93, much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather walked peacefully into the arms of our Lord on Tuesday, September 7, in Longview, Texas. He was born in Nacogdoches on November 16, 1927 to Lucy and Geo Read Obituary
Wonderful kindness, great enthusiasm for life, special humor, infectious laugh, keen interest in others and devotion to his family and friends are just a few of the things missing from this earthly place with Louis' passing. What a special man!

First job I ever had was at Kennedy's ! I was 14 my dad had just died and they hired me for gift wrapping at holidays.

I extend my deepest sympathy to the family of Louis and pray Gods comfort on each one to make their time of mourning less painful. I have known this family for many years and 0wn some beautiful pieces of jewelry that Louis sold my husband Vernon over the years. He was always a happy person and a pleasure to know and love.
