Loucille H. Cavin's Obituary
Loucille H. Cavin, 93, of Fort Worth, Texas joined our Lord in Heaven on October 12, 2020. She was born February 3, 1927 in Lugert, Oklahoma. Her birthplace is now an underwater ghost town having been converted to Lake Altus-Lugert during a dam project in the 1940s.
Loucille began working for Bell Telephone during World War II. She became a housewife and later resumed a career as a Purchasing Manager for NASA Space Center in Houston, Texas. One of her fondest memories was being there on the historic day in July 1969 for the first moon landing.
She was preceded in death by her son Dave Cavin of Fort Worth, Texas and her grandson Jeffery Cavin of Denton, Texas.
Loucille is survived by her sons Bruce Cavin of Fort Worth, Texas and Bob Cavin of Roseville, Ohio, grandchildren, Bobby Lee Cavin of LaVernia, Texas, Angela Cavin Zigmond of Stockdale, Texas, and Christina Cavin Draper of Salado, Texas and seven great grandchildren
But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39
