Lorraine Kapphahn's Obituary
It is with Heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Beloved mother Lorraine Kapphahn on November 28th, 2025 She will be deeply missed by her son Dennis Johnson & wife Tamera, Daughter Letricia Tejeda & Husband Efrem Tejeda, Amelia Kapphahn & Jonathan Kapphahn, and most importantly her beloved Dog “Dallas.” Lorraine never met a stranger that didn’t love her; she brought joy to everyone she met. Lorraine & her late husband Raymond (Jack) Kapphahn Have owned & operated Kapphahn’s Tax & Book keeping services for many years Lorraine loved to sew & decorate when she was not busy with her business Lorraine is preceded in death by her late husband Raymond “Jack” Kapphahn her sons Thomas Johnson, Russell Johnson, & Daniel Kapphahn she is survived by her grandchildren, Corine, Thomas JR, Miranda, Chelsey, Michael, Katelyn, Ashley, Amber, Jessica, Ryan, Kriztena, Also survived by numerous great grand children & 3 great great grand Children. Lorraine was lovingly cared for during the past 3 years by her loving daughter Letricia and those moments will forever be cherished upon passing. Lorraine was surrounded by her family. We would like to thank Dr. Nirmal of Texas Oncology for her outstanding care, Also Enhabit home health, and the wonderful compassionate nurses at Good Shepherd Hospital. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents Fredrick & Amelia Berger (Warren).
Funeral services for Lorraine will be held in the chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview at 2 pm on Wednesday, December 3. Burial will follow at White Cemetery.
