Lolita L. Cochran's Obituary
Lolita Cochran passed away from this life on April 17, 2016. She was born Lolita Lynn Mourey on December 6, 1962 in Fairfield, Illinois to the late Darlene Mourey. She married John Cochran on September 9, 2009. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson with Rev. Gerald Beckam and Rev. Lawrence Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Strong Cemetery.
Lolita’s passion was spending time with her husband and making quilts for her family. She was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart, and was always giving to others. This shinned through her work at West Rusk.
Lolita is survived by her husband John Cochran of New London, her son, Brandon Taylor and granddaughters Riley and Emma, of New London, her daughter Miranda Taylor and grandson Landon of Longview. Sister, Donna Copeland and husband Kenneth of New London, brother, Stanton Mourey and wife Jennifer of Fairfield, IL, cousin, Dannie White and wife Carrie, sister-in-law Nancy Brown and husband Robert of Henderson. Stepchildren, JW Cochran and wife Aimee, Josh Cochran, Tamesha Banton, Jessica Birss and husband Billy; step grandchildren, Brandon Dupre, Dylan Banton, Tristen Banton, Faith Cochran, Kayla Cochran, Tre Cochran, Michael Cochran, ReAnna Cochran, Dakota Partain, Krysta Birss, Benji Birss. Nieces and nephews, Jonathan Mourey and wife Bridgett of Fairfield, IL, Brent Copeland and wife Alicia, Elisha Smith and husband Kevin of Evansville, Indiana, Annalise Mourey, Emily Swaim and husband Daniel of Kilgore, Haley Copeland of New London, Shelly Atkinson and husband Carl of Henderson, Buster Cochran of Mt. Enterprise, Sandy Milam of Henderson, Uncle Bill and wife Becky, great nephews and nieces, Ellie, Kaden Roy, Kayliee, and Brynlee.
The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her during her last few months, especially her sister-in-law Nancy.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.
