Pee Wee was born on April 2, 1927 to Lloyd and Alice Forsyth in Marshall Texas. He grew up in Marshall and graduated from St. Mary’s Academy. He served his country during WWII in the U.S Navy in Manila, Philippines as manager of the ship’s services warehouse for the Seventh Fleet which was under the command of General Douglas MacArthur. After 31 years of faithful service he retired from Eastman Kodak and spent the next 31 years enjoying life while traveling, fishing, and “playing” with his family and friends. His passion for cars was reflected in his pride of owning 17 Buicks throughout his lifetime and his perpetual “Hot Rod” spirit.
