Linda Nell Hollis' Obituary
Linda passed the night of February 25, 2025 peacefully at home. Linda is preceded in death by her sister Barbara Reynolds; parents Eva Catherine Burk and TD Burk; her stepfather that raised her and Barbara as his own Marvin Kendall. Linda worked as a secretary for Longview Attorney Laughton Whitehead in the 70’s and then as court reporter for Tommy Sorrells for many years until 1991. Linda then retired from Good Shepherd Medical Center as a medical transcriptionist after 20 + years and enjoyed spending time at home with her baby kitties. Linda is survived by her son Josh Hollis.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 to 5 pm Thursday, February 27, 2025.
