Lillian Blanks' Obituary
Lillian Blanks was born on March 19, 1922 and passed away at her residence on April 5, 2017
Lillian was raised in surrounding area around White House, Texas She was once a member of Mobberly Baptist and she considered Mobberly her church family. Lillian was a business school graduate and worked as accountant. She was also the owner of a daycare center called Candy Land Playschool.
Her greatest desire and pleasure was being a mother and wife
Her Hobbies were that of a passionate antique collector and dealer. She also loved garage selling and finding a great deal as well as bowling and gardening. She enjoyed a good conversation.
Lillian was easy going, fun loving and could be stubborn at times.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Mark Blanks Sr. Those left to cherish her memories include her Son Mark Blanks Jr and Alana Blanks, Grandson Eric and Meagan Blanks, Great Grandson; Jack Blanks, and Wade and Stephanie West; Great Grandchildren, Preston, Austin, Benton, Kristin Blanks, and3 nephews and 2 nieces.
The early years were saturated with camping weekends and Lillian would tag along and dive in to the fun. She Loved her family and her grandchildren. Loved spending time with family. She loved to cook for the family in their Traditional Sunday gatherings
Another unique thing about Lillian was she did the mail run for Mark and Texas Pipe works for over 20 years. This also gave her and Mark opportunity to regularly engage and spend time together.
Mark describes Lillian as the best mother anyone could ask for.
She gave unique Christmas gifts. Most of the gifts were gifts she would love to receive.
Lillian decides to jump in and begins playing with the grandkids and Lillian makes a great shot and it astounded the whole family.
