Lewis Carroll "Hoot" Gibson's Obituary
Funeral services for Lewis Carroll ?Hoot? Gibson, 63, of Longview, will be held at Noon Saturday, June 12, 2004 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd., with Pastor Albert Murdock officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery.
Mr. Gibson died Monday, June 7, 2004 at his residence.
Mr. Gibson was born January 24, 1941 in Jackson, Mississippi to John F. and Maggie Mae Gibson. He was a pipeline technician for Gulf South Pipeline Company and member of the Baptist church.
Lewis is survived by his wife, Peggy; children and spouses, Marc and Cindy Gibson of Denver, Colorado and Mike and Heidi Gibson of Longview, Texas; his sister-in-law, Hattie Lou Smith and nieces, Margie Cloy and Patty Clark.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Friday evening, June 11 from 6 until 8 PM.
