Leonard James Akana's Obituary
Leonard Akana, born on August 10, 1951, left his earthly home on July 24th, 2024. Born to Sarah Leialoha Akana and Joseph Lum Akana, Leonard lived a life marked by love, resilience, and dedication to family. He will be remembered mostly for his generosity, love, and boisterous laugh.
Leonard was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Sarah Leialoha Akana and Joseph Lum Akana, as well as his sister, Sarah Lynn Fong and brother, Michael Akana.
He is survived by his siblings: Molly Bataluna, Daniel Akana, Alan Akana, Reggie Akana, and Anthony Akana. He also leaves behind his cherished son and 2 grandkids, Mike Hoyt and family.
Leonard will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will be cherished, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
