Larry Burk's Obituary
Services for Larry Burk, 71, of Longview will be held at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Burk passed away in Longview.
Mr. Burk was born in Longview to C.J. and Ethel Burk on September 10, 1941. His first love was his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his grand-daughters and watching their performances. He was the ultimate Dallas Cowboys FAN. He loved spending time at the lake with his friends and loved his race boats. He loved taking pictures and would spend a lot of time looking through them. Mr. Burk spent most of his life in the cement business. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers-in-law Duck Hodges and Harold Warnix.
Mr. Burk is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Pam and Todd Hinch of White Oak; grand-daughters Lauren and Katie Hinch; brother and sister-in-law Otis and Freddie Burk of Longview; sisters Mona Hodges of Tyler, Lola Warnix of Longview; numerous nieces and nephews; many grand-nieces and nephews.
