Lamar H. Justice, Jr.
Lamar H. Justice, Jr., 79, passed away October 25, 2014 at Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, Texas. He was born August 17, 1935 in Lincolnton, Georgia to Lamar H. Justice, Sr. and Irene Ward Justice Stone.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Benjamin Allen Justice. Lamar grew up in Georgia and South Carolina and moved to Texas in 1950. He worked for 34 years at Eastman Kodak.
In December 1958 he married Deloris Muckleroy of Gilmer, Texas. There were happily married for almost 56 years. Together they raised two children and travelled whenever they could. Lamar enjoyed photography and documented his full life. He was a loyal and devoted Son, Husband and Father.
He is survived by his wife Deloris Muckleroy Justice; daughter and son-in-law Julie and Ron Roma of Dade City, Florida; Son and daughter-in-law (Jay) Lamar H. Justice, III and Gina Justice of Glenpool, Oklahoma; Grandchildren Kristi Roma Wilson and husband Tim Wilson of Moore, Oklahoma; (Tony) Anthony J. Roma and Jennifer L. Hess of Dade City, Florida; (Alex) Alexandra L. Roma of Rockport, Massachusetts; Wyatt A. Justice of Glenpool, Oklahoma and Great Grand Children Gage and Abigail Wilson of Moore, Oklahoma.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in the Rosewood Park Mausoleum Chapel with Max Martin and Don Cox officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the service. Entombment will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
