I enjoyed working with Wayne in the Houston district office for several years. He will be missed by all. The one thing my wife remembered about him is that he was the only person that I ever knew that trimmed his azaela bushes into perfect squares. Dear Family,
I am sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. In 1974 I relocated to Kansas City to attempt to fill Wayne's shoes as the Cat Rep there when he moved on. He was fine fellow and we spent more time togather at numerous Cat meetings. He will be missed by many.
