Kurt and I had some great soul searching talks. His rivers ran deep as do mine and with him playing the guitar in the background we solved all the worlds problems. A soft heart and shinning soul, Kurt took the time to get to know me and a great friendship grew from that. My heart hurts now that connection has been broken. I could fill pages here, but will end with this.
"Kurt, tonight, watching the slideshow, seeing you with your wife and kids made me so proud of you. It makes it a little easier to let go, but it was the smile on your face that told the tale. The smile you had with your wife, the smile while being "daddy", could not hide the fact that your search was over. I first met Kurt when he was at Sabine High School, and he was in my art class. He was easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. My heart hurts for all of his family. My prayers are with you all.
