Keri Deanne Nipper McCusker's Obituary
Beloved wife, loving mother, and adored daughter, Keri Deanne Nipper McCusker, 30, entered her heavenly home, Tuesday, March 13, 2012.
Keri was born, January 20, 1982 in Marshall, Texas. In July 1982, she entered the foster home of Danny and Brenda Nipper where she took up residence in their hearts. In July of 1983, she was officially born into the Nipper family.
She is survived by her husband, Sgt. Andrew McCusker, who has been stationed in Afghanistan; children Nicholas, Benjamin, and Penelope; her parents Danny and Brenda Nipper of Longview; grandparents Aubrey and Mert Nipper of Longview; her aunt Sheila Lovell; uncle Jesse Lovell of San Antonio; her uncle Henry Granbury of Marshall; her cousin Jessica Campbell of Longview and many other extended family members and friends who loved her. She is also survived by her biological mother Tammy and biological half-brothers Oscar and Anthony Zavala and their families.
Keri is preceded in death by her grandparents H. D. and Margie Castleman, Grandfather Jesse Lovell, and her aunt Peggy Granbury.
Keri was a 2000 graduate from West Valley High School in Hemet, CA. Although she graduated, she never stopped researching and studying things that were of interest to her. Many of those interest included cake decorating, photography, and meteorology. Her greatest interest however was her family. She pursued that interest in her involvement with her boys in the local Boy Scouts, ham radio training, and SKYWARN severe weather training. She and her children were also involved in New Beginnings Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be led by Pastor Todd Kaunitz, Monday, March 19, 2012 at 10:00am at New Beginnings Baptist Church in Longview. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Rader Funeral Home in Longview.
