Kenneth "Rusty" Jones
Kenneth "Rusty" Jones, 61, of Longview lost his battle with Leukemia on August 8, 2013. Rusty is survived by his wife of 37 years, Pam Jones; his children, April Jones of Longview, Amy Hill and spouse Jase of Longview, Brian Jones and spouse Amanda of Longview and Amanda Lake and spouse Scott of Hallsville; his 7 grandchildren, Renee Jones, Max and Case Hill, Emma and Ella Jones, Colton and Abbigail Lake. He is also survived by his younger brother, Jeff Jones of Harleton and his step-father, Bob Potter of Waskom.
Rusty was born July 3, 1952, in Memphis, TN. He was a devoted employee to J. O. Williams Ford for 33 years and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Dr. Keith Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
