Kay Hollingsworth Mason's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kay Hollingsworth Mason, who departed this life on July 12, 2025, in Longview, Texas. Born in Gregg County, Texas, on September 21, 1957, to parents Roy and Louise Hollingsworth, Kay brought joy and light to all who knew her.
Kay is a 1976 Graduate of Longview High School and a longtime employee of Southwest Airlines and after that, American Communication, where she worked until her passing.
Kay is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Louise Hollingsworth, brother Jerry Hollingsworth, and sister Barbara Hollingsworth. Kay will be lovingly remembered by her beloved son, Jake Randall Hollingsworth and his wife Sarah, brothers Robert Hollingsworth, James Hollingsworth and wife Autumn, sister-in-law Linda Hollingsworth, Aunt Billie Pat Chreene, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
A time for visitation will take place at Rader Funeral Home in Longview on July 19, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM, celebrating the life and spirit of Kay Hollingsworth Mason.
