Memorial services for Kathryn M. Durr, 82, of Longview will be ten a.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jerry Turner officiating. Mrs. Durr passed away Friday, October 30, 2009 in Longview.
Mrs. Durr was born to Frasier and Bessie McCarty on April 22, 1927 in Celeste, Texas.
She was a devoted Christian and a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church in Longview. She was an interior decorator and an Air Force wife that has traveled all over the world.
Mrs. Durr is survived by her loving husband Art Durr of Longview, Texas; brother Jerry McCarty of Longview, Texas; Sister Lorene Blount of Dallas, Texas; grandson and his wife Marty and Erin Gouge of Katy, Texas; three great grandchildren Jaxson Gouge, Presley Gouge and Maya Schultz.
