Kathleen "Kay" Loomis' Obituary
A memorial service for Kathleen Ellison Loomis will be held Friday April 11 at 10 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church with The Reverend Milton Black officiating. Rader Funeral Home of Longview in charge of services.
Mrs. Loomis was born in Alma, Michigan October 2, 1907. She graduated from Alma College in 1929. She and Norman Bud Loomis were married in 1939 and had two children, Mary Loomis Molloy and Ken Ellison Loomis. Mrs. Loomis was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son.
She was a long time member of Trinity Episcopal Church and a charter member of the Charity League, presently the Junior Service League. She served as treasurer for many years. She also was a life time supporter of her college Alma Mater.
Survivors include Mary and William Molloy, Kathy King Loomis, granddaughter: Mary Kathryn Loomis and brother in law: Ken Loomis.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church or the charity of choice.
