I can hear her laugh, I can see her eyes sparkle and I will always remember how much she loved to garden and her quilting hobby. She inspired many of us quilters to try to make things as wonderful as she could, and she made us always want to keep quilting into the golden years. What a delightful person Kathaleen was, it was a joy to live near her and be able to see what she had up her sleeve. I appreciated her fun sense of humor, she loved education and instilled the desire to encourage everyone to learn everyday.
