Karen Jane Robinson's Obituary
Graveside services for Karen Jane Robinson of Longview will be held at 2 PM Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Lakewood Memorial Gardens in Henderson, Texas with Reverend Jerry Turner officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. There will be no formal visitation. Ms. Robinson died in Longview on March 24, 2011 in a local nursing home after a lengthy illness.
Ms. Robinson was born to Crawford and Blanche Robinson on December 7, 1940 in Henderson, Texas. She graduated from Carlisle High School in Price, Texas and was an artist. Ms. Robinson was an active member of First United Methodist Church of Longview and the Newnham Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Everett Keller of Longview; four very special nephews and nieces, Jacob McAuley, Jordan McAuley, Julia McAuley and Judson McAuley of Kilgore; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to Summer Meadows Nursing Home for all of the devoted and loving care during Karen's stay there.
