Graveside services for Julia Vincent Sumemers, 64, of Longview will be held at Ten O?clock am Tuesday March 7, 2006 at the Vincent Cemetery in Tatum, Texas with Reverend James Ballew officiating. Burial will follow in Vincent Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Summers passed away Saturday March 4, 2006 in Longview.
She was born March 1, 1942 in Tatum, Texas to Julian and Theo Ruth Vincent. She had lived in Longview the past thirty years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Little Flock Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, D. M. ?Sonny? Summers of Longview, TX. two daughters, Tammy Michele Humber of Gary, TX.; Tina Denise Eytechson of Kilgore, TX.; grandson, Jason Humber, granddaughter, Lindsey Humber, four step-sons, David Summers, Ricky Summers, Doogle Summers all of Longview, TX.; Clint Summers of Navasota, TX.; one sister, Mamie Lois Butzke of Tatum, TX.; two nephews, Jay Horton and Frank Horton, one niece, Patricia Harkins and six great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Marjorie Vincent Newby.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday March 6, 2006 from 6pm until 8 pm.
