Judy Reynolds' Obituary
Judy Reynolds
Services for Judy Reynolds, 68, of Longview will be Noon on Wednesday, October 7 at Rader Funeral Home Chapel in Longview.
Judy lost her battle with cancer on Friday evening. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends.
Judy was born in Caldwell, KS on October 10, 1940. As a child, her family moved to Wichita, KS where she graduated from North High School in 1958. Despite her many great years in Kansas, Judy considered herself a Texan. She moved to Arlington in 1962 and then on to Longview in 1975 where she immediately became involved in the local bowling community. She served as LWBA president from 1990-1996 and TWBA state director for many years. She considered her bowling friends part of her family.
Judy loved cooking, traveling and watching sports. But, most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was so proud of her family. Matthew and McKensie were her pride and joy.
She is survived by her three children, Teri Pierce Schultheis of Colleyville, TX; Jackie Reynolds of Longview, TX; Brian Pierce of Fort Lauderdale, FL and two grandchildren, Matthew Schultheis of College Station, TX and McKensie Schultheis of Colleyville, TX.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6 at Rader Funeral Home in Longview.
In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the Greater Longview USBC Youth Scholarship, or local cancer charity of your choice
