Mrs. Judy and my sister Debra worked at Chandler Elementary in Kilgore. It was always fun to decorate for the annul book fair. Although I worked in the front office I was able to help on grandparents day and open house. We were always amazed at how many people would show up and we enjoyed working the book fair each year. She would always like telling us about her trips to the boats. We really enjoyed talking with her and hearing what she had been up to on her weekends.
I had the pleasure of working with Judy at Chandler Elementary in Kilgore. We had many good times together. I will always remember working field days with her! The staff at Chandler could not wait for Mondays when Judy would bring jewelry and purses for us to purchase that she had gotten at wholesale in Dallas the weekend before. We shared many hours discussing American Idol and POLITICS! We always just agreed to disagree on both subjects and became very close over the years. I will always cherish these memories of Judy!

Judy and I spent many happy times together as teenagers and young adults and 52 years ago she was my Matron of Honor. She'll always have a special place in my heart.
