Judy Kay Sessums Aycock passed away September 15, 2017 surrounded by family at the age of 56. She was preceded in death by her mother Ludell Sessums and her niece Chelsea Sessums. She is survived by her father Welton Sessums, loving husband of 39 years Lawrence Aycock and children and spouses, Shonan and Tara Aycock, Crystal and Johnny Smelly, Amber and Wes Newlin. She also had 6 grandchildren, Bridgette, Faith, Destinee, Brenna, Thomas, and coming soon Mayleigh; Along with 6 siblings and several nieces and nephews. Judy had several friends that were also like extended family. She never met a stranger and her home was always open. She served her family, friends, and anyone she encountered just as Jesus would always remembering Matthew 25:40 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and friend with a sweet and spunky/feisty spirit that will live on in her children and grandchildren. Judy taught us to love unconditionally, forgive offenses easily, and to always remember to smile and laugh. We will remember that death is not final and know that she is waiting with open arms for us to join her one day just like she would on any given Sunday afternoon. Family will receive friends on Monday, September 18th 6-8pm at Rader Funeral home in Longview with funeral services Tuesday, September 19th at 2pm also at Rader Funeral Home. Interment will follow services at Hallsville Cemetery in Hallsville, TX.
